Free-from (adj.) – used to describe products that exclude common allergens and/or animal products due to ethics, allergies, intolerance, or taste. Common uses: free-from milk, free-from puddings.
Blog (n.) -a type of website or part of a website supposed to be updated with new content from time to time.
Free-From Blogs was founded in October 2011 and launched in January 2012 by four free-from friends Lucy, Amy, Amy, and Gemma. Lucy is a diagnosed coeliac, both the Amys are plant-based, and Gemma is allergic to eggs and peanuts. We saw a need to gather all the wonderful free-from blogs out there into one directory specifically for free-from folks like you.
Whether you’re free-from due to ethics, allergies, intolerance, or just plain taste issues we want to connect you with great blogs to read both in your neighborhood and from across the English-speaking world.
You can contact us on twitter @FreeFromBlogs or by email at freefromblogs(at)gmail(dot)com.
Thanks for stopping by from the FreeFrom Blogs team,
Lucy, the Amys, & Gemma
